The Estate of Evelyn Lucille Abbley has chosen The Auctionarium to sell the remaining personal property and real estate to the highest bidders at Public Auction Events.
The auction Saturday March 30th was "Off The Hook" with over 1,000 "lots" of quality estate items selling to the highest bidders.
The problem is there were close to 1,500 "lots" and the auction was forced to close as advertised to comply with neighborhood regulations.

Ladies unmentionables from the 60's on many unused still in the original packages
This 3,800 sq ft luxury home is still filled with nice items of all types selling with no minimum bid and no reserve prices. That means some items can and will sell for just a few dollars while the sky is the limit on the rest.

We started with an estimated 3,000 pairs of shoes from size 7 3/4 to size 9 with most of the shoes somewhere in the size 8. Many have never been worn and most worn once or twice. Can anyone say shoe or clothes horse?
Hundreds of jackets many high end leather, suede, fur & faux. Blouses, skirts, slacks all separated by decade going back to the 1960's. She kept many of the nicer ones stored in plastic zippered clothing storage bags from Nordstroms and finer Dept Stores... It's a treasure trove sizes 11 through 14 with most in the 12-13 range but a lot of sizes over the years.

Jefferson to Avenue 50 and find a place to park. There is no parking on Ave 50 after the big lot so you may want to park at Ralph's SHopping Center and walk two blocks.
This is going to be a great auction plan to arrive early parking is at a premium.
The house is located in the Althea Community which is gated with only 12 homes.
The gate will be manned all during auction hours for easy in and out.
Valid ID is required to enter the community & auction, there were a few homeowner complaints last month and we want to keep the neighbors happy.
TERMS:
Everything is sold as-is where-is with all faults
Evertyhing sold with no minimum bids and no reserve prices.
Transfer of title is at the fall of the hammer.
14% Buyers Premium is added to the high bid
Sales Tax where applicable
Payment in full before any item is removed.
Cash, Credit or Debit Card or Pre-Approved Check
No large items are to be removed during the bidding
